A1: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality if we have inventory. Mixed samples are acceptable.

Q2:What about the leading time?

A2: It depends on your quantity and complexity of your product. Generally 3~5days if the goods are in stock, 20-30 days for bulk order(more than 200 sets)if the goods are not in stock.

Q3: What is your payment term?

A3: 30% by T/T as deposit, balance before delivery is standard practice for us.

But small sample order, 50% deposit is in need.

Besides T/T , we accept L/C at sight , PAYPAL , Western Union as well.

A4: Each carton is retail package with color printing.

A5:The weight of each seat is about 5.3kg, each 5 pcs into one outer carton. The CBM of each outer carton is 0.056. We will help you calculate the loading amount and give you suggestion about delivery way.

For small order ,We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.
